I was like, "Ooh let's draw grass wait and hills ooh and trees and MOUNTAINS AND LET THERE BE SKY AND... a random... fence... with awesome rope....

It's just plain old Tails standing in the middle of the grass and waving enthusiastically. I love this guy, he's so cute and so darn smart. Anyway, I made it wallpaper size (1920x1080).
